Your consent comes first.

Only after you agree and start a scan is your selected image sent to our server and Alibaba Cloud Bailian for processing.

Your history stays with you.

Analysis records are stored on your device, where you can manage and clear them. Our gateway does not intentionally save photos to disk.

Know how processing works.

AI scans require an internet connection. Bailian processes images in mainland China and retains call data under its terms; international transfers may occur.

A few things to know.

A little clarity before you begin.

What can LabelX help me do?

LabelX helps read food ingredient lists and nutrition labels. It offers ingredient reference information, label-based calorie calculations and meal calorie estimates. You can also keep local records, save personal concerns and compare compatible information from two labels. Features and entitlements are described in the app.

Does it work in English and Chinese?

The app interface supports English and Chinese. Switch languages in About & Privacy. Recognized ingredient names retain their original text. The built-in ingredient reference entries are currently mainly in Chinese.

Can LabelX tell me if a food is safe?

No. AI may misread or omit information. Scores and suggestions are for general information, not medical advice or food-safety certification. An allergen not being detected does not mean it is absent. Always check the original packaging.

Does it need internet access? Are photos saved?

AI scans need internet access. Our gateway does not intentionally save photos to disk or log their contents. Alibaba Cloud Bailian processes images and retains call data under its terms. Analysis history is stored on your device. See the privacy policy for details.
